Conference facilites at the Tshwane Events Centre

The Tshwane Events Centre boasts eight purpose built well-appointed conference rooms, which are ideal for speaker conventions, training sessions, banquets and product launches. The centre also boasts an executive boardroom for top-level meetings.

The facilities of the venue can be configured in many different ways, meaning that intimate conferences of 10 delegates to international conventions of 350 delegates can be hosted. All rooms offer basic equipment such as overhead projectors and other audio-visual equipment. A secretarial service can also be offered. Internet connections (128k Diginet line) are available in all meeting rooms. There is a dedicated bar, lounges, restaurant and al fresco dining area making this the perfect venue for conferences, cocktail receptions, themed events and product launches.

The Tshwane Events Centre has the capacity and versatility to host a range of event experiences, whether it is from 8 to 7000 guests at a conference or gala evening, to large scale trade and consumer exhibitions. The Events Centre can offer over 40 000 sqm of exhibiting space, with all infrastructure requirements being provided such as ATMs, catering facilities, easy access and secure parking for up to 3500 vehicles.

The Tshwane Events Centre is conveniently situated from all major highways and business centers of Tshwane and the greater Johannesburg area.
